Bundled Solution
Phone service, AMS integration, equipment, AI and support — one provider, one fixed price per user. Not a platform that connects to your agency management system, but one both major vendors certified themselves.
The bundled program costs less than assembling it yourself.
Bundled Core, Business and Advanced are discounted nearly 50–60% against buying the same components separately, depending on what the plan includes. Extended options such as high-volume routing sit above the bundled price.
Your own numbers
Software, IT infrastructure and security, stitched together by manual workflow and passwords that can be phished. Fragmentation is not a back-office problem — it is a margin, compliance and producer-productivity problem.

What the bundle is
Every plan runs two ways — bundled with RingCentral RingEX phone service and a device per user, or standalone as integration into the agency management system you already run. Either way the price is fixed, and regulatory fees and taxes are the only things outside it.
Core · Business · Advanced — with Enterprise available for larger engagements: contact us for options and information.

Core, plus only the integrations you actually want.
Most agencies land here.
Every module included, nothing to configure.
Everything switched on from day one.
Core, Business and Advanced are each available bundled with RingCentral RingEX — service, equipment, managed installation and integration on one fixed price — or standalone, as the EcoLink integration added to the RingCentral service your agency already has.
The bundle is the cheaper way in. Buying the phone service, the equipment and the integration as one program costs substantially less than buying the three separately.

Every plan comes both ways.
Bundled — RingCentral service and equipment included
Bundled is the full program: RingCentral RingEX service, a device per user, the AMS integration, managed installation and the platform on one fixed price.
Standalone — already on RingCentral
Standalone is for agencies already running RingCentral. You keep the service you have; EcoLink adds the integration layer on top of it — the same plans, the same modules, the same support. What changes is only whether the phone service and the devices come from us.
Standalone requires an active RingCentral service. EcoLink does not currently integrate with other phone systems. If your agency is on a different platform, the bundled solution is the path — and for most agencies it costs less than what they are paying now for the same three things bought separately.
All three plans bill monthly. Annual terms are available on request for any plan, bundled or standalone.
Capabilities
ePrompt, in IQ
Prompts the agent on what to ask the customer while the call is live. Not a separate product: it is how IQ shows up in the conversation.
SmartText, in eMessage
One number carries all SMS and MMS for the agency, and EcoLink parses every message to the right account automatically. No second number, no wondering who a text belongs to.
DataExchange
Pulls coinciding information across multiple AMS and CRM applications, so an agency running more than one system sees one picture instead of two.
What Advanced includes
Modules
Integrations
Advanced includes all of them. Business includes AIRS and Outlook, and offers IQ, eTrans, eMessage and eSIG as paid add-ons.
ImageRight is not in this set — it is a Vertafore integration, available with the Vertafore line at additional cost rather than as a plan module.
One of these carries its own limit
: eTrans includes 500 transcriptions and summaries per month, per agency account, with paid options above it. The Command Center carries no added charge.
Account level
Features are enabled at the account level and apply to every user — individual users cannot opt in or out separately.
What it replaces
Phone, SMS, signing, recording and compliance stop being five separate relationships with five renewal dates. When a call drops, there is no argument about whose fault it is.

Commercial terms
The bundle is one fixed price per user. Inteveo carries the RingCentral service and the equipment inside that number — the agency does not hold a separate phone bill, a separate hardware invoice or a separate integration licence. That is the structural difference from buying the same three things from three companies.
Devices are included for as long as the agency is subscribed. They appear as rentals inside the total price and remain Inteveo's equipment — the agency does not buy them, does not depreciate them, and does not own them. When a handset fails, it is replaced rather than repaired at your cost.
Regulatory fees and taxes sit outside the fixed price — e911, federal universal service, and state and local tax. Everything else in the plan is the plan.
Stated plainly, because every one of these turns up eventually:
Recurring EcoLink charges are collected by ACH; RingCentral service is billed directly by RingCentral. Early termination fees apply.
Promotional bundling applies to new customers who sign up and activate within the offer period, is available only through EcoLink, and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Taxes and regulatory fees are not included. Additional terms may apply.
Pricing and availability depend on your plan, the number of users and locations, and the options you select.
Getting live
EcoLink handles AMS integration, number porting, IVR build and training. No downtime, no parallel systems, no numbers lost — every agency number ports into RingCentral.
Standalone
Standalone implementations go live in about 15 days.
White-glove training
included; producers and CSRs stay inside the AMS they already know

When EcoLink implements your RingCentral service, we rebuild what you already have rather than hand you a blank system and a manual. Your call flow arrives on the new platform working the way your agency works today.
Your IVR and auto attendant, rebuilt to match.
The menus, the options and the routing your callers already know — reproduced on the new system, then improved where you want them improved.
Every number ported.
Nothing is lost, retired or replaced. The numbers on your cards, your carrier appointments and fifteen years of client speed-dials all keep working.
Complete managed installation.
Configuration, provisioning, testing and go-live are run by us. Nobody at the agency is asked to become a phone administrator.
US-based technical support, during and after.
The same team through installation and then for the whole term of the service — not a handoff to a queue once the invoice clears.
Agencies that take AIRS get AI-driven call management as part of the plan: incoming calls are routed automatically, without a menu tree to maintain or a receptionist to relay them. The agency answers faster as it grows instead of adding a step for every new producer.
Support, compliance and your data
24/7 North American support with carrier-grade SLAs for phone service, and business-hours support for the EcoLink integration. One partner handles service, billing, training and integration.
Sales — call us. The number is published in the header and footer of every page.
Sales800.501.2756SOC 2 controls — compliance, not certification.
HIPAA and cardholder data are in scope only under a signed addendum. TCPA-aware messaging, two-party recording compliance, and automatic PII and PHI redaction in AI transcripts — voice, SMS and AI inside one boundary rather than four.
The agency owns all data.
Everything is exportable at any time; EcoLink acts only as custodian. Retention windows align with the agreement term and your compliance posture.
Security
Stolen credentials are the most common entry point into an agency, and every layer of software security sits behind one. Trustera Systems replaces the credential itself with hardware.
Identity anchored in a physical card rather than a secret. Nothing is stored, nothing is transmitted, and nothing can be phished — because there is no password to take.
One card replaces every password.
The agent taps it, and the workstation and the platform come up authenticated.
Onboarding in under a minute.
A new agent is live without an IT ticket.
Revocation is instant.
When someone leaves, access ends the moment the card is deactivated — no chasing accounts across a dozen systems.
Hardware-anchored, not software-simulated.
The distinction matters for regulated environments, where software-only approaches do not satisfy the standard.
Designed against SOC 2, HIPAA and state insurance cybersecurity requirements — the frameworks an agency is actually measured on.
