Certifications

Certified by the vendors your agency already runs on.

Certification is not a badge for a website. It means the vendor reviewed the integration, it is kept current with their releases, and there is a support path that does not start with proving the fault is real.

RingCentral

Certified Delivery Partner, Ignite Certified

RingEX — calls, SMS, video and fax

The same team on both sides of the integration.

SalesforceSalesforce

Certified Integration Partner

Salesforce CRM, alongside the AMS

Call activity writes to both. No choosing which system tells the truth.

Poly

Business Partner

Poly Partner Program — desk phones, headsets, conference phones

Every device on the desk, provisioned before it ships.

Also: member, Applied Client Network.

Certified is a different word from connected.

A connected integration is somebody’s script logging into your AMS through the front door with a borrowed password. It works until the vendor ships an update, and then it does not, and nobody owns the problem.

A certified one has been through the vendor’s own review, is kept current with their releases, and has a support path that does not start with proving the problem is real.
