Plans and pricing

Why are there no prices on the site?

Pricing and availability depend on your plan, the number of users and locations, and the options you select. Tell us those four things and you will have a number quickly.

What does a plan cost?

One fixed price per user, held for the full 48 months. No per-minute or per-message fees. Regulatory fees and taxes sit outside it.

Is there a minimum?

Ten users.

How long is the agreement?

48 months, with the price held for the whole term.

Can we add people later?

Yes, at any time — and at the rate you signed at. Seats added in year three cost what your first ones did. Seat count can grow; it does not fall below the number you started with.

Can we change plans during the term?

No. Your plan and your modules are chosen at signup and run for the term, which is why we would rather help you choose the right one than the largest one.

Which plan should we choose?

Tell us your seat count and what your team does on the phone all day. We will tell you which of the three fits — including if that is the smallest one.

Do you bill monthly or annually?

Monthly. Annual terms are available on request.

We are a large brokerage. Is there an enterprise option?

Yes — multi-location groups, acquisitive brokerages and agencies running more than one management system are handled individually. Contact us and we will come back with options.

Bundled or standalone

What is the difference?

Bundled is the full program — RingCentral RingEX service, a device for every user, the AMS integration, managed installation and the platform, on one price. Standalone is the platform added to RingCentral service you already have.

Is the bundle actually cheaper?

Yes — the bundle is the cheaper way in. The Bundled Solution page sets out how it is priced against buying the parts separately.

Moving over

What happens to our phone numbers?

Every number ports. Nothing is retired or replaced — the numbers on your cards, your carrier appointments and years of client speed-dials all keep working.

Who does the installation?

We do. Configuration, provisioning, testing and go-live are run by us — nobody at the agency is asked to become a phone administrator.

Do we lose our call routing?

No. We rebuild your IVR and auto attendant to match what you run today, then improve it where you want it improved.

How long does it take?

Standalone implementations go live in about 15 days. Bundled implementations include phone service, number porting and equipment, and we confirm that timeline with you when we scope the move.

Is there downtime?

No. The new system is built and tested while your current phones keep ringing, and numbers move on a scheduled date.

Is training included?

Yes. And producers and CSRs keep working in the management system they already know, so there is less to learn than you would expect.

The platform

Which agency management systems do you support?

Applied Systems — Epic and EZLynx. Vertafore — AMS360, QQCatalyst, BenefitPoint and Sagitta. All of these are included in every plan; ImageRight, also from Vertafore, is the one integration at additional cost.

Do we have to replace our management system?

No. Nothing is replaced. EcoLink runs underneath the systems you already have and makes them behave like one product.

What does “certified” mean?

The integration has been through the vendor's own review and is kept current with their releases. No screen scraping, no shared credentials, and no breakage the next time a vendor ships an update.

We run two management systems. Does that work?

Yes — DataExchange pulls coinciding information across them so you see one picture. Integration to a second system is available at additional cost.

Is it another system for our people to log into?

No. That is the point of it. Your team stays in the management system they already use.

Does it work with Salesforce?

Yes, alongside the AMS rather than instead of it. Salesforce is a CRM; call activity writes to both.

Equipment

What equipment comes with it?

One device per user, chosen per seat — a Poly Edge E450 desk phone or a Poly Voyager Focus 2 wireless headset. They arrive already configured to the extension.

Do we own the phones?

No. Devices are included for as long as you subscribe, appear as rentals inside the total price and remain Inteveo's equipment. A failed handset is replaced, not repaired at your cost.

Can we add more devices?

Yes — extra handsets, conference phones and reception modules are available at additional cost.

Data, security and support

Who owns the data?

The agency. Everything is exportable at any time; EcoLink is the custodian, not the owner.

How long is communication history kept?

Seven years, across calls, SMS and email — the same at every plan.

What compliance standards do you meet?

EcoLink operates to SOC 2 controls — we describe this as compliance, not certification. HIPAA-regulated data and cardholder data are in scope only under a signed Business Associate Agreement or PCI addendum. Messaging is TCPA-aware, recording follows two-party consent rules, and PII and PHI are redacted automatically in AI transcripts.

Do you train AI models on our data?

No. We do not train AI models on agency data. Calls are transcribed and analysed to produce the prompts and actions IQ surfaces, working from recordings already retained on the account — typically the last 90 days. Nothing is used to train a model, and nothing is shared outside the agency's environment.

What support do we get?

24/7 North American support for the phone service, and business-hours support for the EcoLink integration. One team handles service, billing, training and integration.

Who do we call when something breaks?

Us. Telephony, platform, hardware, network and integration all come from one company, so there is no argument about whose fault it is.
