Phone Equipment
The handsets come with it. So does whoever plugs them in.
Every EcoLink bundle includes a device per seat — a desk phone or a headset, whichever suits the person using it. They arrive configured to their extension, on the same invoice as everything else.

One device per seat, included.
Desks and headsets are not a tier decision — pick whichever fits the person. A CSR who lives on the phone and a producer who works from a laptop want different things.

Poly Edge E450 desk phone
The desk phone for anyone who takes calls all day. Eight line keys and twelve speed dials cover shared lines, carrier direct-dials and the transfers an agency actually makes, without anyone memorising a code. A 3.5-inch colour display shows who is calling; a second six-key display keeps the presets visible.
- 3.5" colour IPS display, plus a 6-key secondary display
- 8 line keys · 12 speed dials
- Bluetooth 5.0 · Gigabit Ethernet · Power over Ethernet
- Poly HD Voice, NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence
- Accepts the EdgeEM expansion module
NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence matter more in an agency than the spec sheet suggests: they keep the claims call at the next desk out of the one you are on.

Poly Voyager Focus 2 wireless headset
The alternative to a desk phone, for producers who work from a laptop and people who move between desks and offices. Stereo over-ear with active noise cancelling — the same call quality, wireless, with nothing on the desk.
- Stereo over-ear, wireless
- Active noise cancelling
- Noise-cancelling microphone with Acoustic Fence
- All-day battery with charging stand
Two things agencies add.
Neither is in the bundle. Both solve a specific problem, and if you do not have that problem you do not need them.
Poly Trio 8300 — conference phone
For the room where carrier meetings and renewal reviews happen. A conference speakerphone with a colour touchscreen, powered over the same Ethernet run as everything else.
- Colour touchscreen
- Gigabit Ethernet · Power over Ethernet
- HD Voice speakerphone
- Ships with a power adapter
Poly EdgeEM — expansion module
Twenty-two more programmable keys beside an Edge E450. This is a front-desk and service-team device: one press per producer, per carrier, per queue, instead of looking anyone up.
- 22 programmable line keys
- Attaches to Poly Edge E-series phones
Configured before it ships. Not a box of phones and a PDF.
- 01
Assigned.
Each device is provisioned to its extension before it leaves us — the right name, the right line keys, the right speed dials.
- 02
One cable.
Power over Ethernet means a single run per desk. No power bricks, no second outlet.
- 03
Supported by the people who sold it.
A dead handset is our problem, not a warranty conversation with a manufacturer.
Devices are included for as long as the agency is subscribed. They appear as rentals inside the total price and remain Inteveo’s equipment — the agency does not buy them, does not depreciate them, and does not own them. When a handset fails, it is replaced rather than repaired at your cost.
