Platform

One layer where your calls and your agency data finally meet.

EcoLink sits between the phone system and the agency management system and makes them behave like one product. Nothing is replaced. Nothing is scraped. The two systems your agency already depends on start telling each other what they know.

Not another system to log into.

Most software an agency buys adds a window. EcoLink removes them. Producers and CSRs keep working in the management system they already know — the platform runs underneath, doing the matching, the routing and the writing back that people otherwise do by hand.

That is what “operations layer” means in practice, and it is the whole design: the measure of success is that nobody notices it during a call.

  • Your AMS keeps working.

Applied Systems and Vertafore, certified by the vendors themselves.

  • Your CRM keeps working.

Salesforce alongside the AMS, not instead of it.

  • Your phone system keeps working.

RingCentral, whether it comes from us or you already have it.

Every call follows the same five steps. EcoLink automates all five.

  1. 01

    Identity.

The call arrives and EcoLink resolves the customer against the management system before the second ring — matched on the number, with no lookup and no hold.

  2. 02

    Context.

The correct record opens on screen. Policies, suspense and recent history are already there, so the conversation starts at the second sentence instead of the first.

  3. 03

    Routing.

AIRS sends the call to the person who owns the account rather than to whoever is free. A client who has spoken to the same CSR for six years speaks to them again.

  4. 04

    Intelligence.

The call is transcribed and summarized as it happens — commitments, next steps and details captured without anyone taking notes.

  5. 05

    Integration.

The activity writes itself back to the customer record when the call ends. Nothing to type, and nothing lost because someone got busy.

Three parts, one platform.

Where the work happens, what the AI does, and what the principal can see.

01

Command

The agent desktop. Calls, messages, email and the customer record in one place, with presence, transfers and the account’s whole history in front of whoever picks up. Included in every plan at no added charge.

02

AI capabilities

Six modules — AIRS routing, IQ daily actions, eTrans transcription, eMessage two-way SMS, eSIG signatures and eContact unified account view — with ePrompt, SmartText and DataExchange working inside them.

03

Reporting

What the principal can see — call volumes, durations and outcomes across the agency, by person and by queue. Managers can see where the time goes and which teams need support, rather than inferring it from complaints.

Reporting and analytics

AIRS routing is included with Business and Advanced. Agencies with high-volume or enterprise routing requirements are scoped individually, at additional cost.

Four things move between EcoLink and your systems.

“Integrated” is the most abused word in agency software. Here is exactly what crosses, and in which direction.

Identity
read from the customer record to match the inbound call. Read-only.
Activity
calls, messages and summaries written back to the account when they end.
Status
presence, ownership and assignment kept in step both ways.
Files
signed forms and attachments land in the customer's file, not a downloads folder.

Certified is a different word from connected.

A connected integration is somebody’s script logging into your management system with a borrowed password. It works until the vendor ships an update — and then nobody owns the problem. A certified one has been through the vendor’s own review, is kept current with their releases, and has a support path that does not start with proving the fault is real.

The agency owns everything in it.

Every call, message, transcript and document belongs to the agency and is exportable at any time. EcoLink is the custodian, not the owner. Communication history is retained and searchable across calls, SMS and email, so the record of an account is one record rather than four.

Thirty minutes on your own call flow.

Bring the management system you run and one difficult call. We will show you what those five steps look like on your data — and tell you honestly if it is not a fit.
